We accept returns within 14 days upon arrival with a receipt and the original packaging. 

Unfortunately we can only accept unopened and unused merchandise for sanitary reasons.

Please e-mail info@lashesonthebeach.com with order number and reason for returning.

**Because Wix does not quite have their return system down, refunds issued will be going through Square and might take a bit longer on our part, please be patient with us as we figure this out, Thank you!

After the 14 day period will be issued only as store credit.

Past 30 days we will not be able to accept the return under any circumstance.

Please be aware that shipping charges for returns will not be by us and will be on the person.

The return process could take up to a week to show after we receive and verified the returned item.

Refunds will be issued back onto the credit card that was originally used for purchase. 

Store credit will be issued if the refund was unable to go back onto the original credit card.

返品また交換のプロセスは、商品がリターンされてから約1週間ほど要します。

返金はご購入時に使用されたカードに返金いたします。

カードへの返金ができなかった場合はストアクレジット扱いになります。

We ship eyelash extension products to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business daysfrom the time the order is placed.
